QR CODE

Dear My friend and visitor, did you see a little different on my site today? I added a widget QR code on my upper right corner page which contain this site information.

Today lets we talk about QR Code. Forgive me for my less knowledge of this QR hehehe.

The Question is what is the QR meaning? The QR is an abbreviations of QUICK RESPONSE created by a japaneese automotive part company Denso-wave corporation in 1994, because the creator are intended the code to allow its contents to be decoded at high speed.

QR is a matrix code (two dimensional bar code).

Its very different from ordinary bar code as can see every day (example) in supermarket tag price etc.

There are many advantage of using this code compared with the ordinary bar code.

1. Bar code containing data only on one side because its only one dimension data code and of course it contain less capacity.
2. QR code can load much bigger data capacity because it has two dimensional side data code. For Numeric data Max. 7,089 characters, Alphanumeric Max. 4,296 characters, Binary (8 bits) Max. 2,953 bytes, Kanji/Kana Max. 1,817 characters.
3. QR code is readable from various angles way, so it can minimizing errors due to incorrect position of data Code reader instrument.
4. Bar code can readable only in one angels way, so it may cause errors reading of the data code reader instrument.

Currently, its use has been extended overlooks the world, especially in Japan. Many of the media in the world have adopted this code on the daily life.
Many code readers instrument spread around us, especially mobile phones, such as Nokia, Samsung, because most of current Japanese mobile phones now can read this code with their camera.
